How To Cancel Government Food Parcels

Follow this process if you don’t wish to receive a free Government food parcel

If an individual no longer wants to receive a Government food parcel they need to re-register at www.gov.uk/coronavirus-extremely-vulnerable or via the phone number on their NHS letter and answer ‘yes’ to the question ‘Do you have a way of getting essential supplies delivered at the moment?’

This will not affect an individual’s supermarket priority status.

You can use this number if you have any problems using any of the forms on this website.

Please do not use this helpline in an emergency or for medical advice.
If you or anyone in your household are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 please follow current Government and NHS guidelines. If you are experiencing mild symptoms, please do not call NHS 111. Please follow the advice given in our latest information pages.
