If you are unable to access the telephone helpline please e-mail communities@stoke.gov.uk and someone will get in touch with you to discuss your support needs.

Call 01782 234233 to access the mental health helpline 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

If you have received a letter from the NHS saying you are Clinically Extremely Vulnerable, you have to isolate as you have symptoms, or you have been asked to isolate through the track and trace service we may be able to help you access a priority delivery slot for food. To do this just call us on 01782 234234 and a member of the team will advise you.

If you are experiencing hardship as a result of the pandemic there are a number of support options available and we would urge you to contact us to discuss your needs.
