Door2Door Transport is a friendly community transport service for residents of Stoke-on-Trent and
Newcastle-under-Lyme who do not have their own vehicle and cannot access public transport easily.
This service provides a vital lifeline for local people and helps them to get out and about in ways we often take for granted. These journeys include health-related appointments, social activities, and visiting friends and family.
The usual Door2Door service will be getting back up and running soon and, in the meantime, we are also looking for people to help with deliveries to help those that are remaining at home.
Would you like to get involved and help people in your local community?
All you need is your own car and a small amount of time to spare!
– Flexible to suit you
– Give as much or as little time as you can spare
– Fits around the school run or other commitments
– We have requests for days, evenings and weekends
– Travel expense will be paid or you can choose to contribute this as part of your support
Volunteers will need a clean driving licence and be happy to have a DBS check completed by ourselves.
