Changes Here4U has a wide range of digital mental health support services for children, young people and adults.

Changes Here4U – Digital Wellbeing Services
During lockdown, Changes is providing all its mental health services either on-line or via telephone.

Adults can attend virtual peer-support groups and a range of online psycho-educational programmes and social activities to help them stay well, (they can also access additional telephone support)

Children and young people and their families can attend a range of online and telephone mental health services provided by Changes YP, Younger Minds and Dove – including peer-support groups, psycho-educational programmes, 1-2-1 therapy, on-line resources, telephone support and social activities.

Changes is providing OCNWM accredited training to individuals wishing to undertake volunteer placements as peer-support group Coordinators.
