Healthy Generations Telephone Lifestyle Support Service for people aged 50+
The Beth Johnson Foundation are delighted to offer individual telephone support around health and wellbeing for people aged 50+ living in Stoke-on-Trent. Following on from our face-to-face Positive Ageing Workshop sessions, we can now offer this new telephone support. The sessions will resume when Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
If loneliness is affecting you and the way that you feel, please contact the Healthy Generations Team. The team members are all experienced in the promotion of health and wellbeing. We can now offer telephone support to help you to achieve your goals and reduce feelings of isolation, we would be able to help you to form new connections and become involved or signpost where
applicable.
