An energy efficiency programme that aims to deliver energy saving advice and support to the most vulnerable households to help tackle fuel poverty.
They are providing advice over the phone and Skype around how to reduce energy bills, switch providers and how to deal with energy debt to people who are struggling to keep their homes warm. We are also providing updates regarding measures being rolled out concerning energy and water companies.

  • Energy Awareness: Help for anyone who is struggling with the cost of their energy bills. Support includes accessing
    better energy deals, cost saving ideas & providing energy saving equipment.
  • Healthy Lifestyles: Advice & support to help you keep fit & healthy. Regular social media updates including recipes, exercise tips, eating on a budget, eating healthily & dietary advice.
  • Financial Support:1-2-1 support for anyone who is experiencing financial troubles. Advice centered around benefits, budgeting, utility bills, council tax, debts & priority payments.
  • Children and Families:Providing support for children & families via social media. Online updates including physical activity, arts and crafts & environmental activities. Free activity packs available.

Follow up calls and visits can be arranged for those who need measures installing, following the relaxing of Covid-19 measures to come after pandemic has passed.
